Summer Bucket List 2016

The summer lies before us all like a blank canvas, 10 weeks with no school and no school routine…I’m not sure who is more excited…me or the kids. Every year our family will sit down and scheme some of our summer plans and aspirations.

I set a blank canvas before them that read SUMMER BUCKET LIST 2016, put out a bunch of markers and asked for their input. Here is a glimpse of what they envision for their summer!

I love the simplicity of some of the items and feel confident we will be able to achieve many things on the list but there are a few items I found to be quite ambitious and highly unlikely and still there are other things that are missing that I know they want to do but just never thought to write it down.

Summer is here and with this list before us it is time to get busy and start checking things off.

But, I’m thinking that summer isnt just about them…I need to work on my own summer bucket list.  Do you have any ideas for me?
