2017 Resolutions

Ahhh 2017.  A New Year. A fresh start.

You know what that means…time to make your new years resolutions and set some goals.

The cows in the barn have their own set of resolutions:

Augustina and Sue want to spend more time relaxing at the cow brush, Dora wants to get more likes on Instagram than she did last year, Alexis wants to stop throwing her food around, Millie wants to eat more greens, Penny wants to lose some of the baby fat she put on with the last calving and a quite a few of them are vying for the honor of best milk producer of the year here at EcoDairy.

But the cows aren’t the only ones making resolutions…the people are too.

Can you guess what the most popular resolution is year after year?

People want to adopt a healthier lifestyle; exercise regularly, eat right and lose weight…me included.

It’s on my list and here is how I hope to make it happen.

I am pretty good at regular exercise but it’s the eating right and losing body fat that I struggle with.  So my plan is to kick start the year with a juice cleanse through Chilliwacks own The Habit Project https://thehabitproject.ca/collections/cold-pressed-juice and then try to eat clean (cleaner) and try out this plan from Authority Nutrition https://authoritynutrition.com/how-to-lose-weight-as-fast-as-possible/ which is based on science.

So there is no magic pill, no easy way, just a little bit of will power and dedication to make wise choices to a happier, healthier me.

Stay tuned to see how it goes!
