Razzle dazzle raspberry floats

A RIGOROUS survey recently found that Raspberry White Chocolate is the number-one flavor in our ice cream stand. With that in mind, we thought why not combine it with another summertime favorite – raspberry lemonade? This beautiful mess really could not get much better. Of course, you can always use store bought lemonade or if you have time up your sleeve, try making your own. After all, the time for buying fresh, locally grown raspberries is not far away. The following recipe should get you on your way:


Raspberry and white chocolate ice cream floats


(Quantities will vary depending on the number of desired serves and the size of the glass)

  • Vitala white chocolate and raspberry ice cream
  • Raspberry lemonade – home-made or store-bought depending on your preference
  • White chocolate chunks
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Scoop ice cream into parfait glasses, add desired amount of white chocolate chunks, pour raspberry lemonade over ice cream to fill the glass. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
