Cosy curried chicken and corn chowder

Looking for a quick Tuesday night dinner option? Look no further than one of our favourite accountants Amanda’s curried chicken and corn chowder.

 

Amanda shared this recipe with us yesterday when Hieke was in search of a super fast lunch idea for the Vitala team. The curry powder and cilantro add a whole new dimension to traditional chowder and is perfect for a chilly fall evening.
