Family Day

Yesterday was Family Day.  It’s a fairly new Canadian holiday we are getting used to but most people are thrilled to have another day off and while my kids love school it was really great having an extra long weekend.

Bill doesn’t embrace the ‘Family Day’ holiday partly because he is a small business owner and partly because as he says , ‘everyday is family day’.  So in the morning while he worked at the office we enjoyed helping out at the EcoDairy.  But then, in the afternoon we did find the time to go out for a late family lunch and enjoyed quality time together.  I sure do love my crew!!!
