Get a Good Night’s Sleep

It always seems that when the sun starts to shine longer, we start to sleep less. Insomnia is quite common and can be treated in many ways, one of them being Yoga! We came across this article that shares 15 poses to help you sleep better. How, you ask? Yoga Journal says “This combination of breath and movement activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps counteract stress.” Using a prop (like a block) also helps with relaxation.
