Kids Community Kitchen at Quest

Last weekend we teamed up with the volunteers and staff at Quest Food Exchange to host a kids pizza community kitchen.

We couldn’t have asked for a more awesome group of people to spend a Saturday afternoon with – from the great bunch of kids who braved the snow to come out and learn about preparing healthy food, to the volunteers who lent their support to the event.

Our Sales and Promotions manager Hieke Spkyer was on hand to share with participants the basics of food prep – everything from washing up before food handling to enjoying their delicious creations and the clean-up afterwards.

As you know, we love educating people about making healthier food choices and hope this is the first in a long line of Kids Community Kitchens at Quest Food Exchange!
