Picnic picks #2

For our second installment of Picnic Picks Hieke shared a recipe that she used to make often while working in the restaurant industry. This recipe is great for using up leftover roast beef and it only takes minutes to prepare. Pack it up and take it along on your next picnic!

Beef and Tomato Salad (aka The Man Salad)


Thinly sliced beef

Tomato slices or cherry tomatoes

Thinly sliced red onion (optional)

Kraft Italian dressing


Combine all in a large bowl and let the flavors mingle for at least an hour or so. Sounds weird but for some reason it tastes amazing!!
