Picnic Picks #3

IT’S PICNIC Picks time again, and we bring you a simple, fresh Cucumber Salad that Hieke grew up eating every summer. We will be bringing this along on our next picnic for sure!

Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

Peeled and grated cucumbers( or you can slice the cucumber very thinly).

Fresh cracked pepper and a pinch of salt

White Vinegar

Directions

Toss cucumbers with fresh cracked pepper, and a good dash of white vinegar. I usually let it sit for at least an hour in the fridge, then taste again and see if it needs more vinegar or pepper and sometimes I add a pinch of salt too. Fresh, simple and yummy!
