Run Into the New Year
Ever thought of becoming a “runner” but that label kind of scares you? We found this great article on Runner’s World to help you get started! Not only does it have great tips but it also includes some questions and answers as well as personal success stories. One of the best tips is that it’s okay to walk. If you’re like me you think it doesn’t count as a “real” run unless you ran the entire thing, but that’s not true. If you need a break, it’s okay to take a break.
