Staff Picks – Helen’s Chips

HIEKE HAD been going on about how amazing these chips were that Helen made, so she chose to make them this week for Staff Picks. This recipe is perfect for the chipaholic who has a sudden craving. It takes only minutes to prep and even less to eat!


Helen’s Chips


  • Thinly slice a variety of potatoes (we used Yukon Golds, Sweet Potatoes and Yams)
  • Brush with olive oil & sprinkle with salt
  • Lay on parchment paper
  • Microwave (yes, microwave!) for 6 minutes, but be sure to flip slices every 2 minutes
  • ENJOY!
