Staff picks – lunching with Lara
This week, we launch a new series in Farm Kitchen to feature some of our staff’s favorite recipes.
To get the ball rolling, we have this incredibly healthy AND delicious Spinach, Avocado and Chickpea Quinoa salad courtesy of everybody’s favorite lab operations coordinator, Lara.
She often makes a big batch for weekday lunches and says she loves it because it tastes so fresh and flavorful; is filling; and super easy to make.
