Take it easy

Today is the big day, everyone is back to real life after the holidays. With the kids back at school and parents back at work, we know it’s not an easy day. We want you to take it easy tonight, why not try these super simple spinach quesadillas for dinner. They are quick to prepare, and easy to clean up after, so you can spend the rest of the evening with your feet up on the couch, a cup of tea in hand, and your favourite show on the telly.
